顾青，博士，教授，博导，浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院副院长，浙江省食品微生物技术研究重点实验室主任，中国食品科学技术学会乳酸菌分会常务理事，浙江省食品学会常务理事，入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”（第一层次）。1992年毕业于浙江农业大学食品科学系，2005年获浙江大学生命科学学院分子遗传学博士学位，2005-2008年为浙江大学生物技术研究所博士后。2002年11月-2003年11月获DANIDA奖学金赴丹麦技术大学生物中心进行乳酸菌遗传和生理的合作研究，2003年1月-2003年2月于英国Cranfield大学生物技术学院进行合作研究。2009年1月-2009年12月作为访问教授在荷兰Utrecht University进行微生物抗菌肽研究。担任国际微生物SCI期刊Journal of Bacteriology and Mycology的编委，Journal of Biotechnology, Biotechnology Letters, Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology，Current Microbiology，Vaccine，Veterinary Microbiology，Journal of Applied Microbiology等国际杂志审稿人。主持国家国际科技合作专项、863计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技攻关项目、浙江省自然科学重点项目以及浙江省科技计划项目、国家星火科技项目等国家和省部级项目10余项。研究成果在BMC Veterinary Research、FEMS Immunol Med Microbiol、Food Chemistry、PLoS One、Biotechnology Letters、Plant Cell Reports等国际重要杂志发表，发表论文40余篇，其中SCI收录20篇；获浙江省科学技术奖二等奖1项（第一）、省高校科研成果二等奖（第一）、浙江省自然科学优秀论文二等奖1项（第一）；2006年获浙江省杰出青年人才基金。2012年指导的学生获浙江省第八届“挑战杯”大学生创业计划竞赛一等奖。
